1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaunchPad Biz Academy ("LaunchPad," "we," "our," or "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform. These terms apply to all users — students, instructors, and visitors.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. LaunchPad reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Course Access & Intellectual Property

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your individual learning. All content — videos, documents, quizzes, certificates, and platform design — is the intellectual property of LaunchPad and its content partners, protected under Philippine copyright law (R.A. 8293). You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display course content without prior written consent.

4. Payments, Refunds & Pricing

All fees are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase provided less than 30% of the course content has been accessed. No refunds are granted for completed courses or certificates already issued. LaunchPad reserves the right to modify pricing with thirty (30) days advance notice to enrolled students.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration on assessments, and any form of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited. LaunchPad may remove content, revoke certificates, and suspend accounts without prior notice for code of conduct violations.

6. Certificates & Credentials

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements including graded assessments and projects. Certificates are digitally verifiable via QR code and remain valid for three (3) years from issuance. LaunchPad does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, or licensure as a result of certificate completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

LaunchPad provides the platform and course content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, LaunchPad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a platform notice at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
